Updated Picture Stocks

Nov 15, 08 I updated the picture stocks because some of the image resolutions did not want to cooperate with me. So, some have two options and others have one. I also added 2 new brush sets that I forgot to mention last week. Paint Splats and Paint Splotches. I'm not too satisfied with the quality but maybe I'll *one day* fix it. That's it for now. I'll update more later I suppose. I have a few things I'm working on so heads up on that.

[Edit] I added a new commenting tool to my blogs. I am using Haloscan which I'm fairly new at. I'll be adjusting it little by little since I'm still learning how to use it myself. So comment away if you wish.

2 New Brush Stamps

Nov 8, 08 I added 2 new brush stamps which are located here. Ripped Paper and Grudge Brush. These brushes are very useful if you want to go for an "old style" type of photograph. They do serve me very well. Anyways, I have a three day weekend which I will use to be more productive with everything and anything. I also am purchasing a new camera (I know, again) in the future. I have $100 from my last report card and so that will go towards a new point and shoot. The DSRL can wait. I just miss my Canon Powershot. So, that means I will probably be selling my Kodak Easyshare. More info on that in the future.

[Edit] I also added picture stocks located in the downloads section. I only have the lakes section done but I'll add more tomorrow. I have so many unused pictures that need to be shown.

No updates

October 25, 08 Obviously things have been moving slowly around here. I'm working on fixing my internet. I'm not sure what's wrong with it therefore I can't really fix it. My internet works fine once I log in. Half an hour later, it becomes extremely sluggish. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this, please let me know: mayra@poison-drop.com

2 New Backgrounds

September 14, 08 It's not much of an update but at least I got an update in. I made 2 backgrounds which are located here. For future reference, it is located under Myspace --> Myspace Graphics --> Myspace Backgrounds. Even though they're located under Myspace Graphics it doesn't mean they can be used elsewhere. I just had no where to put them -shrugs-. I may create a new section...later.

I'll probably update more later. Actually..I will update more later. I haven't decided what to update yet. D:

[Edit] I know what to make. 8D It's a secret...but I'm oddly excited...o.O It's a hard task but it can and will be done.

1 New Picture

September 12, 08 Added a new picture to my gallery. It is located under Self Portraits. I have a few others that I will work on. I will update more graphics today or tomorrow.

Revamp, once again

August 19, 08 I don't know when I'll update this section of the website but my portfolio will be having a big change in layout. This is because the layout is too small to include the things I want to post on there. Such as pixels, web design, drawings, pictures, ect. The layout I have planned to do is quite complicated therefore, it won't be done within this month. But (hopefully) it will turn out good enough for my taste. I'll try to add more stuff on here too. Hopefully, Joe will actually help make some graphics for a change.

Shoot me in the head

August 18, 08 Ok, so lately I've been having massive migranes. I want to shoot my head off because they're no ordinary migranes. They're sharp and painful on the left side of my head, behind my eyeball. I may go to the doctor's but for now, fuck their mothers. Anyways, next week I will start school once again and I will be busy. I have classes before and after school and so I will be living in hell until December. My hair order of braiding hair came in and so, I decided to open the online shop in January. It'll give me plenty of time for everything that needs to be done.

As for this section of my website, I need some help. If you're experienced with Flash, HTML, or web design, contact me. And for those of you who have asked, Joe helps me with many things such as helping me come up with some sections. But that's obviously not enough. 2 New Brush Sets, 2 New Tutorials

August 8, 08 Ahh, last update was in July. I suck! But anyways, finally made some brushes. 2 sets of Blood Smears which can be found here. Also finished the installing of brushes in the tutorials section. I also wrote a wavy text tutorial. I'm finally going to start another checkings account so that I can have my own credit card. Finally, I can go bankrupt over the internet online shopping style. ;D I only mention this because that means I can purchase some KK jumbo hair to start making some dreads to sell as well as some other junk I find. So look out for a future P-D shop.

[Edit:] Added two more sets of brushes. Smooth Paint and Blood Smears III. Last one for the Blood Smears, I promise.

Time for a revamp. 1 New Layout

July 17, 08 Yes, Poison Drop will be undergoing a very slow process of revamping. Sections will be filled and moved, images will be redone, and layouts will be recoded. I have yet to recode the DIV layouts but it will be done by today. I also made a new layout which can be find here.

EDIT: I also coded 3 new contact tables and made the frame a bit wider so it wouldn't be as crowded.

K, I'm sorry.

July 14, 08 I haven't been active on my website. I have a shit load of things to do and I don't even know where to start. I'll try to be more active on my website than anything else. It has been brought to my attention that my myspace DIV layouts are coded badly. I don't really know how that happened because when I submitted them here they were fine. I'm working on coding them back to the way they were. For now, I wouldn't reccommend using them unless you have some HTML and DIV coding skills.

1 Myspace Layout, New Myspace Codes

July 1, 08 I really like the new layout I (Mayra) made. It's kind of colorless but subtle. You can find it here. I also added a bunch of Myspace codes. They're located in the Basic Hiding Codes section. I was thinking of changing the layout. Not only is it driving me crazy but also because it's small. Everything seems so crowded. I'd like a second opinion on this. So please let me know what you think at the visitor suggestion page.

June 28, 08 I finished 2 more of the PSP tutorials. Bordering Text and Bubble Text. I also finished writing the other tutorials I started to write but didn't finish. I'm going to work on Myspace Layouts now and the Request a Graphic form.
